نحن في M and M Store نسعى دائماً لتقديم الأفضل. إذا لم تكن راضياً تماماً عن مشترياتك:

• مدة الإرجاع: يمكنك طلب الإرجاع خلال 14 يوماً من استلام المنتج.

• الحالة: يجب أن يكون المنتج في تغليفه الأصلي وغير مستخدم.

• الاستثناءات: الطلبات المصنعة خصيصاً (Custom orders) لا تُرد إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي.

• للتواصل: عبر الواتساب أو الإيميل الخاص بالمتجر. 

At M and M Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied:

• Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Exclusions: Custom-made products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
